Bad Luck Cabaret
Bad Luck Cabaret was born in The Famous Spiegeltent at Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2016 as the late night little sister of headline show La Clique. Since then, Bad Luck has smashed mirrors over the world including De Parel Spiegeltent (Perth Fringe), Spiegel Zelt (Adelaide Fringe), Bosco Theater and Tivoli Spiegeltent (Brighton Fringe), Underbelly's Paradiso (London Wonderground) and the basements of Banshee Labyrinth (Edinburgh).
Inspired by the traditional greats, Bad Luck is the weirdo of the family, with focus on original live music and alternative culture hosted by the Bad Luck Boss Laurie Black. Depending on stage size, Laurie is able to play a live synth soundtrack to a variety of high energy movers and shakers. (see left: burlesquer Dr Jae, photo by Bill Black)
